The Ninja Cats of Lake Titicaca

By far the most interesting thing we found to do on the Uros island of Khantati, was to document the clandestine morning antics of the resident Ninja Cats. During the twilight hours, whilst the islanders slept soundly, these usually docile felines became fierce predators of the lake, sharpening their skills (and claws) by scaling the straw walls of the island’s huts and towers, before descending like nightfall upon unsuspecting pray (and photographers! :S)
